Dominic Notti is an Associate Attorney at Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos, PLLC. He joined the firm in June 2024.

 

Dominic’s practice focuses on representing owners and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions and real estate litigation, administrative proceedings, and landlord/tenant disputes. Dominic also has extensive experience in representing and advising cooperative and condominium boards, AIA contracts, licensing agreements, and residential closings and refinances.

 

Prior to joining K&F, Dominic worked at a prominent real estate firm, concentrating in landlord/tenant law. Dominic represented owners in various nonpayment and holdover proceedings before Housing Court and Civil Court. 

 

Dominic earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Binghamton University. While in law school, Dominic was a member of the Center for Real Estate Studies and was on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters.
