Constantine Dellis is Counsel to Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos, PLLC.

 

Constantine’s practice focuses on representing clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including real estate litigation, products liability, personal injury claims under New York’s Labor Law and the Insurance Law (including Motor Vehicle Accidents), premises liability and landlord/tenant disputes. Constantine also has experience with insurance coverage issues and declaratory judgment actions.  

 

Prior to working with K&F, Constantine worked at a prominent insurance defense firm where he represented a Fortune 100 client in litigation matters, as well as top tier construction companies defending against a variety of litigation matters. 

 

Constantine graduated from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, Constantine was a member of the Law Review, on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters, and the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, Analysis and Research. Constantine previously worked for the Hon. A Kathleen Tomlinson, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
