Alex is the Founding Partner of Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos, PLLC. For nearly eight years, he has counseled landlords and developers in connection with rent roll development and growth strategies. Before Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos, PLLC, Alex was an associate at Kossoff, PLLC. Alex earned his JD from Fordham Law and received his undergraduate degree from NYU.

Before Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos PLLC Aris served as Senior Counsel for the United States Department of Commerce, was an associate at McGuire & Woods, and served as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge Timothy C. Stanceu. Aris received his LL.M. Degree from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Before that Aris attended New York Law School graduating magna cum laude with his JD.
